It's a flawless piece and communication with the seller was excellent. The USPS did its best to ruin it for us including beating up the package over its tour of the USA (7000 + miles by ground) in over 2 weeks, but after contacting management at the USPS, the package was finally delivered and thanks to the excellent packaging by the seller, the porcelain cup was undamaged even though the box looked like a golf ball. :)))))
