    Really happy with this purchase. Both items are in excellent new condition, as described. The packaging was very well done. They were in a nice compact box that fit the books just right and an inner waterproof wrap which i greatly appreciated because we have had a lot of rain lately & unfortunately our mailbox flops open. It was nice to have dry books! Packing slip included. Based on this transaction, i definitely recommend this conscientious seller.

    The books were packed with care and arrived early. I was very pleased with the price I paid for the items I received. The books looked even better in person than they did in the photo. Although these are used paperback books, the condition they are in is like new. Overall, I am happy with this order. The seller did a great job!

    Very Helpful Book!!!

    I only gave this book 4 stars because it isn’t in the best condition. However, it is in better condition than I thought it would be, being labeled “good.” This book has, so far, been a great help. It introduces the basics of reading music for guitar, which is a very needful fundamental. I have been more of a player “by-ear” and sorta missed the basics of reading. I purchased this book for a college guitar tutoring lesson and it has been very helpful so far. I recommend it to anyone beginning to play or learning to read music for guitar!

    This book and practice is all you need along with a decent guitar.

    These have been around for a long time. I you put in the time and actually practice you will be fine. This book like all others will not make you a better player, only you using the book as a guide and using the lessons to practice will do that. The online side of this book is good and fairly adaptable to anyone's needs. If things are tight, used versions are readily available. I would recommend this book to anyone.

    Great step by step

    A great started book. Teaches the main notes on each string then brings in the chords. I'm not all the way through it. I've been playing almost two years and jumped in learning chords. However learning the notes is actually helping me with fingering maybe, more than learning chords.

    An OK beginer book.

    I do not teach note reading I teach chords and ear training to be able set in and play with someone for the first time without much if any problem.
