I got the cooling gel pads and they are very comfortable and easy install this is a banging deal for 20 bucks no brainer

That was not good enough, the customer demanded a refund and threatened to use a negative review and feedback to get a free item. Unfortunately, ebay does not protect sellers like they do with the buyers. The claims made are false. The only difference was the color of the battery coating, everything else is the same as in the listing. The customer is not always right, especially in this case.
