    From when I ordered it to when it arrived was about 8 days. 4 new 12" clamps for $84.83 total or $21.21 each. Reasonable price considering shipping. Before I bought it I asked though if it was the clamp with the yellow pads or the one with the black pads, because the product image showed 2 different clamps. The seller said it was the yellow model. I received the black model. (note: other differences aside from color). The return was no hassle and every communication was positive with the seller.

    My experience with this seller was stellar. There was a minor issue with the product and it was handled quickly and the response was amazing. This seller puts the smile back into customer service. Something you dont see very often is this weary world.

    Best leave in hair conditioner I have ever used,. This is the second year I have used this product and my hair is healthy,full, and soft. I color and highlight my hair a lot and using this product doesn't dry my hair and hardly any split ends. My hair dresser recommended me to use this on my very stressed hair and now I am so very happy to have a healthy hair again and still can do my color and highlight.

    Excellent!

    This is the greatest product! My hair is thick and very long. It preserves the color and makes my hair very soft and manageable. The smell is unreal! I received a sample from a beauty supply store and was in love with the smell alone and then I tried it and was hooked!!

    Love this product

    Best hair product. Hair is smooth and soft without being flat and oily. I tried the one for thick hair- didn't like it. I've been using this one for years and think it's the best.
