The product is of high quality, in good condition from the seller, and decent price range. The shipment has a good appearance because the seller’s packaging is the best I have from eBay: small USPS cardboard box provides excellent protection during transit and not bulky looking.

I’ve reached out to the seller. I paid the price for the two items pictured. I’ve added photos of what I received/response. I’m asking for an exchange of the products I was ordering. Not a refund. The products they sent are listed in the invoice as well but for a different price. Can you please assist me in getting what I ordered. Thank you. Ive been kind and respectful but I’m not getting anywhere with the seller. This is the first problem Ive ever had. I’ve been buying this product for years.

Great for acne prone skin or someone who wants a full coverage bb cream.
This product is great. I don't need to use concealer when I use this product. I have acne scars, blemishes, and redness on my face and this product does a great job at concealing them. The only downside to this product is that they don't offer many shades.. it's a bit pink/grayish and light on my skin (I have fair and yellow-toned complexion). Totally recommend to those who want full coverage. Coverage lasts pretty long to 5-6 hours.This product is great. I don't need to use concealer when I use this product. Love, love this BB Cream! Is like the foundation that i've tried to find for years. I never liked the heavy coverage foundations and they would always dry my skin. I've tried to force myself to love many of them, but unfortunately it never worked. This BB Cream is perfect! It stays on, provides coverage, it looks natural and it doesn't dry my skin ^^. The only issue would be that is too light for my skin tone, but i am mixing it with another BB Cream. Maybe Lioele will consider in making more tones.Love, love this BB Cream! I Love Lioele Water Drop!
There is no other product in America that has the same quality and benefits for the price like Lioele Water Drop BB Cream- It has spf 27, it feels like water going on your skin while being creamy at the same time...It moisturizes and soaks into your skin making it feel great without being greasy at ALL! It provides medium coverage but leaves your skin looking just naturally beautiful. The only downside is - I'm not sure if it is available for darker skin tones...There is no other product in America that has the same quality and benefits for the price like Lioele Water Drop BB Cream- It has spf 27, it feels like water going on your skin while being creamy at the same time...It moisturizes and soaks into your skin making it feel great without being greasy at ALL! Amazing!
The best BB cream i've ever had, it lasts all day and it doesn't feel heavy on the skin. I have a very light skin color and its a little dark if i put too much on, but i try to mix it a bit with my foundation. Perfect :)
