An empty, ripped jiffy bag delivered sealed in a Royal Mail plastic bag telling me apologies and to contact them to claim. Just dreadful. Seller provided a refund on being asked via the eBay process. I did communicate successfully on this matter with the seller. The loss certainly wasn't the fault of the seller.
