It was open box and came with all of its original parts including batteries. One of the best deals at this price for a great quality bluetooth Logitech keyboard and mouse combo. Already a repeat customer!

Anyway, all items arrived in good time, were as described & well packaged. So positive ratings. But all 3 are for gifts. With no tracking was concerning that they would arrive in time or at all
