I found this transaction to be negative and the vendor untrustworthy. The only reason I have a set. Full set. Is because I had 60x Faber Castell polys here at home. I completed this set with my pencils. I'll never use this vendor again. You could've replaced only the ones that were missing. But this takes effort. Not as described and not a good value. The buyer told me they took the new pencils (which matched the listing photos) and mixed it in with their old pencils and then said that some pencils were doubled after mixing various sets. They never clarified which pencils or showed any photos to explain. Despite this, I offered them to simply return the item for a full refund, which they declined to do. We have sold for 20 years and have had no reason to do this and offer a fair return policy for everyone. Because the post office absolutely destroyed the box, but because of the care seller took in packing my pencils were fully protected and didn’t even have a scratch!
