The condition is brand new with tags on with a good value on shipping and not too marked up compared to original price. Appearance and quality is excellent. There was no damage in shipping. However I would have preferred it to be packaged a little better than stuffed in an envelope. The flowers were easily shaped back to normal and after a few hours out of the package it began to take normal shape.
