The condition is brand new with tags on with a good value on shipping and not too marked up compared to original price. Appearance and quality is excellent. Thank you so much for the EU opening day tumbler!! My friend loved her gift. I would highly recommend this seller and purchase from them in the future.

There was no damage in shipping. However I would have preferred it to be packaged a little better than stuffed in an envelope. The flowers were easily shaped back to normal and after a few hours out of the package it began to take normal shape.
