I had to work out the Password to log-in the generic profile for the first time to set up my own admin, but I'd guessed the usual 3 or 4 that sellers use and it was 1234. Comms were great, apart from forgetting to include the password, but heh-ho, I worked it out in 10 seconds. Mac Studio M1 UItra is a rocket-ship. A++

Had to work out the generic password myself but I’m used to the usual combinations so I could set my own Admin User up. Fabulous packaging, 24hr Delivery. Good comms from the Seller, despite what a few others have said, I only experienced a decent fella with courtesy and professionalism. I’ll be sending my pals his way to buy more fair priced Apple Silicon nearly-new Macs. A+

There was a password on the Mac and I wasn’t told by the seller what it was, however it only took a simple guess to work it out. The Mac did require some updates but that was not really an issue, it just took up quite a bit of time. Postage was very fast and the item was packaged well. I cannot see that I have received an invoice from the seller and so I will message and ask for this. Thank you.

A totally pleasant experience with next day delivery at 11.30am. Trusted eBayer 100%. I spent weeks looking for the right machine and this company was outstanding in the tech it provided and with a full years warranty… What’s not to love. Thank you for the best transaction I’ve ever done on eBay.
