    Works but battery drains just as fast, if not faster than the previous 10 year old battery. Comparing the new battery to the old, it does not appear the same. The good thing is this was for my parents phone, and they don't use much for apps, so I was able to turn on maximum power savings mode which cuts out almost every feature, so hopefully it will last long enough between charges, but with normal optimized power savings mode this battery will go from 100 to 0 in about 14hrs of standby only.

    Sorry I couldn't take pictures.

    I put it in myself but I use to be a mechanic. A bit nervous about taking my phone apart because of the small parts and everything was plastic. I've tried it before and found that other batteries will not connect properly and had to put the phone back together with the old battery. This battery connected perfectly and is working satisfactory so far. I have no way to know for a fact that it's a new battery or not tho. It looks new and says Samsung on it and for the price and quick delivery I say thumbs up. I'm actually thinking about buying another one just to have around in case this one should need to be replaced. The original battery is getting hard to find for these antique phones! Lol. I hope this is helpful to someone. Videos are available online how to do it.

    Poor Quality Knock off Battery.

    The battery dimensions were about 1/16 of an inch too big. Length and width. I had to push it in, more like force it in to get it seated. I replaced many battery's in cell phones but this battery was a lemon. The plug in cable was misaligned, I had to stretch it both left and up to get it to plug in. After all this hassle the battery did work but it definitely was a knock off and of poor quality.
