Only complaint is the cord that came with it couldn't be securely connected and kept falling off. It was a bit of a unique USB cord and its connector was encased in a thicker plastic that wouldn't fit in the port. Fortunately, I have lots of standard USB cords.

My son has an older model of this speaker & between years of use from a teenager & our dog using it as a chew toy it has seen better days but still works and sounds amazing, came across this seller & figured for the price I would surprise my son with a new model & I am so happy I made the purchase. Cannot wait to give this speaker to my kiddo & would absolutely buy from this seller in the future!

I told them I was just going to order the key and not to worry about it. They issued a partial refund. Great seller! Offered solutions without being asked and responded promptly to messages. Would definitely buy from again
