I purchased this for my elderly mother who doesn't use a lot of minutes a year. This makes this card practical since all I need is service and not minutes.     I thought because I had an iPhone as it was a name brand I could buy this plan. Not so. After waiting 5 days and 2 messages sent wondering why I hadn’t received my download, I was contacted and told this plan would not work with my phone. I was told I could buy the extension to go with what I had already purchased, which came with 3 gb of data. Or they could give me a full refund, just to let them know how I wanted to proceed. I chose the extension. My contract and data were loaded that day.
