I found this buyer to be very disrespectful in every way when I was trying to explain about the item if the item hasn't arrived and I get proof of this a full refund will be issued. just because we sell on eBay we are not robots behind the scenes we are human beings and don't accept bullying.

I wanted a bespoke package different from the listing the seller was originally offering so flowers were made from new. Nothing was a problem for her. Flowers dispatched in 2 lots as so many. Seller notified me both days of despatch so I knew when to expect my delivery & second lot came before her estimated date. Great value for money too. Highly recommend. Rachel bless her sent another one out to me without charging for a 2nd one. I received it yesterday and it's beautiful. I'd recommend Rachel to everyone, not only did she promptly send a 2nd one to me, she was very lovely and understanding and took prompt action for a solution even though she's out of pocket for evri delivering it to a wrong address when I never received the first one.
