The packaging from the manufacturer is grossly insufficient for such a relatively heavy item and was damaged during shipping. The furnace was returned and I was given full credit. I ordered a second furnace and it arrived in even worse condition than the first one again due to horrible packaging. The vendor was incredibly helpful and professional. In summary, happy with the vendor. No so happy with Suburban’s choice of packaging.

Both rotors shipped in their retail boxes with just a shipping label attached. Rotors looked to have been repackaged or previously returned and NO installation hardware included. I contacted seller, he apologized and offered to check his inventory. Unfortunately, he could no locate them and offered a partial refund. We later found rotors not compatible with car. Return/refund completed.Brembo 09.C743.11 fits BMW 16-20 X1/18-20 X2/17-19 Mini OE Equivalent Rotor (#166845282498)

A delay in receiving this cost our shop time and labor totaling $247 just because they removed a 4 digit number from the shipping label. While the seller's user name is performanceguarantee, they failed to perform and guaranteed nothing in return. Apology accepted, our customer was refunded but we were not.
