Tablet is exactly as stated - W11 runs nicely on it, if a bit slowly (it's an old tablet!). Packaging was bit 'custom' :) but the tablet was certainly well protected. These are perfect e-reader tablets - I use Freda for my ereader software. Shipping was fine (for UPS ground:). Many thanks, excellent seller!! She asked for a reduced price, I offered to pay for the return shipping and fully refund her, but she refused and wanted instead to pursue filing a claim with UPS to get some money from them.
