I don't know if it was shipped that way or if the USPS messed it up. The box was taped together and not packaged well. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me out a replacement part. The quality of the part seems to be great for the money. It is substantially less that the factory part and it appears to be a quality part. It installed great and everything seems to work as it should. Thank you for the great customer service.

I had to cancel the order and reorder as I provided the wrong delivery address. Ruby at customer service went beyond my expectations, to insure a seamless shopping experience. Quality item as well. Would definitely recommend shopping with these folks. Oh and a great price as well.

They had to send a replacement coolant reservoir due to a broken mounting flange on the reservoir, they were on it right away, quickly resolved, kept in touch. Fast shipping, part was well packaged. The part fit perfectly. I would definitely buy car parts from them in the future.
