Had a bit of trouble with delivery company at first as although I waited in all day they told me they had tried to deliver it and I wasn’t in, which was just not true as I had had one eye on the front door. The rug was delivered next day though by a polite, friendly driver. This was not the fault of RSM rugs as they were very helpful when I contacted them, thank you

The carpet arrived if good condition and well wrapped. The carpet was thicker than some knock-offs being sold right now. I would buy from RSM Rugs again. The fact that the price included customs duty from the UK was a plus as I just had to pay another 61,00 EURO for a carpet from a different vendor in the UK. Some vendors do it right and this was one such vendor.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size (twice!) and had to cancel the first order and send the second back for a refund.
