Like others said the blades come misaligned, but are easy to adjust with a screwdriver. The quality is evident when using, nt noise but smooth and powerful, also a thick cord and didn't get hot like my other more expensive clippers. For what you get this is a tremendous bargain. So far the best set of clippers I've ever had, and I've had a few.

I've been using it for 10+ years and needed a new one since I dropped and damaged the one I had. The product I got seemed to be as described, open box and like new. The only thing I was unhappy about is that the box was damaged, but that's a secondary issue. The seller was very good. They accepted my price offer and sent the clipper quickly.

I attempted to cancel the purchase within seconds of hitting the buy now button because I wanted new and not open box. My request was refused because the seller had "already shipped" the item. Another clear misrepresentation. I won't buy from this type of seller in the future.

Listed the reason for the return, seller emailed a fed ex prepaid return, took the package to a fed ex location and off it went. I highly recommend this seller, this person lives up to the description of the product and a total hassle freed return. Exceptional seller.

They have been great with communication, fast shipping and working with an item I wasn’t happy with. Thank you all so much for a great experience. I definitely recommend them
