They do a huge volume and sometimes have sent the wrong book or one of their multiples that does not match the description. With swift communication, the seller always resolves the issue!

However it lost a star on Shipping, I did not like the fact that Pokemon Blue that I ordered came in a yellow bag meant for shipping, as a collector I expected something that could potentially not damage the product.
