This one was smaller than the one I had previously from the same brand and also smaller, also it's a lighter grey. However the lighter colour actually fits better with my kitchen and I think the smaller size is more elegant and discrete. I'm very happy with the item and might buy another one just for back up! Oh the item arrived very quickly. All good. Highly Recommended.

Solmer confirmed my cancellation of that order by return and my re-order was delivered quickly - the same day as the original order would have been. The product is exactly as described and expected.

There was an issue with the screws missing from 1 of the handles but when I went back to the seller, they sorted it out really quickly and sent a replacement which arrived the next day. Would definitely order from them again. The customer service is excellent and I couldn't believe how quickly they sorted it all out. Definitely 5 stars
