Unfortunately, this item was DOA. It would not charge properly, nor would it hold a charge. It was a sleek and well made earbud, so I was disappointed that it did not live up to my previous experiences with LG earbud products. Seller refunded me because of the defective nature. He did not know, since the box was sealed.

Decent True Wireless Buds for the Money
Easy to turn on and off. Just remove them from the charger case and stick them in your ear to power them on. Take them out and put them back in the charger case to turn them off. The charger case is very compact, and I always keep it in my pocket when I'm using the earbuds. Sound quality is as good as any wired LG buds I've used in the past, which I consider to be excellent. Fit for me is not perfect, and I do find myself occasionally pressing them back into my ear. That said, I would not go out on a run with these in my ear, as I would probably lose them. One annoying feature is that a single press on either earpiece will start and stop a track. So if I'm listening to something and I press one of them back in, it pauses the track. One of the nicer features is the ambient noise option. When you turn this one, you can hear your surroundings and have a normal conversation with someone. The drawback to this feature is that it will amplify background noise. But if you're in a fairly quiet area, this feature really shines. Another cool feature is the LG Tone Free app. You do NOT need to app to use these earbuds, but you get more out of them with the app. You can change EQ settings and customize some of the touch features. I highly recommend it. Overall, the FN4 is a good value, especially if you get it for less than $70

Ear pods that have a long battery life with a good fit.
I had other ear pods that would constantly need charging. They were a pain to have keep switching them in and out. LG Tone free ear pods work great, has a long battery life, look nice, fit pretty well, and the round case is small enough to keep in your pocket. Great product!

Sounds good with noise cancellation when in use.
Good product but sometimes there is some noise when in use. Bluetooth connections get disconnected sometimes when in use(in range). fits in ears good. Overall I like it because it serves my purpose of use. will recommend for basic users.

Better than expected
Good, clear sound. Little lacking in bass but good for the size. Good battery life. Really easy to pair, just flip the case and you'll get a notification on the the closest Android. Pause when you take your either ear bud out so it's easy to talk to people for a moment. Decent fit.
