Then seller said "Do you want to keep for 1/2 credit" how ridiculous. Item posted as Zella it wasn't, and then Seller tried saying it was mistake. It was meant to say like Zella. However pics are of Zella. A simple error was made and they were offered a complete refund for the mishap, they were belligerent with the communication accusatory, and absolutely an online bully. There was nothing that could be done to make this person happy. For a client that received an entire refund which was immediately offered, I'm not sure what else could be done to satisfy somebody like this. They have been reported to eBayZELLA nordstrom RUN Black Ruched Front Back Mesh Vented Yoga Jacket Small S $98 (#202965166966)

This was not the fault of the ebay seller. ebay seller maintained great communications and obtained refund from shipper via insurance placed on the package.
