I appreciated the fact that they were able to also test the board to confirm the issue, and then also tested the board to make sure it was working afterwards. After I put the board back in, my TV was working fine again! Thanks! Would use and recommend their repair service!

My power supply board was tested and found to be working properly. It took 2 weeks to receive the board back after they confirmed that it would be sent back.

Only problem was me being too gentle in connecting the ribbon connectors fearing I might damage them. I sent a note to them and got a reply at 12:45 am to check the ribbon. I did and the TV came alive! Talk about good service! They are dependable, know what they are doing, and provide the best service.
