They did respond to communication fast, although it was a "canned" response. My only issue was the shipping. They said on the order that it would be shipped via FedEx. It was shipped USPS. I expected it in a few days, it took a week. Had I known that I would have ordered from somewhere else. Refused to let me return, didn’t even have the decency to return my messages. They knew they sent wrong sizes and terrible old pants that were not a cotton blend. They were a terrible quality! BUYER BEWARE!!!!I have been buying pants from eBay from sellers just like this for 7 years and never had such poor quality, service, items sent, or lack of response!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
