They did send us the money to return it but had to remind them the price as first they only sent a little of the postage. Once received they will not reply to us and have not got a refund for the item. This was for my parents due to a traffic accident and needed to be replaced before the police stop them. WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN. Photo shows damage to 1 item & the wrapper it was in, my wife has unfortunately thrown the bubble wrap & rapping away, I suspect the damage was done before it was shipped as it would have been really hard to see in the cellophane by something with a blunt end. As I don’t have the bubble wrap you probably can’t do anything but thank you very much.
