Since we didn’t know where the shipment was and it took longer than expected, we ended up buying another one elsewhere. When we expressed our frustration to the seller, they immediately apologized, refunded the entire transaction including shipping, and told us to keep the drive. Excellent customer service and a great example of taking care of the customer.

I accidentally left my old work address as my shipping address. I saw it right after I ordered so I sent a message to the seller asking if the order could be sent to my home address. I heard back that unfortunately they were shipped to the address I provided but there were options to consider. I decided to just go get them. They arrived at my house 3 days after I ordered them.
