Arrived and product looked virtually brand new. Seller did forget to include power cord and manual, but one quick message and they sent it out same day. Very pleased with the whole experience. Accidents happen, but great customer service behind it!

The item I purchased from here was sent to me just thrown in a box with no packaging to protect it. My purchase was damaged I had to send it back. The seller told me once he received the damaged item he would send me a new replacement. The seller ghosted me once he received the damaged item. Had to file a claim with eBay. It was all around a bad experience. I would never buy from this seller again. That's where the problem was. Once you open a claim, I can't replace it, I can either only accept the return or deny it. I never denied the return and you ended up getting a full refund correct? If you had reached out to me first, I could have done the swap with you offline. This is my first time having a damage claim on this item. I didn't ghost you.. I really tried working with you but couldn't swap it because the claim was already opened.
