The item arrived appearing as described and photo’d. It was packed in an amply sized box with some bubble wrap. However, a 0.5”x1.5” corner of the mounting flange did break off during shipping. Perhaps this could have been prevented with better packaging, but these parts are notoriously fragile, and the break was easily repaired.

Good communication. I opened and inspected, light rust from condensation, but in pristine condition, replaced seals, painted and installed. My Tahoe drives like a new vehicle. Came in a couple days! The packaging was great! The description was very detailed noting some small scratches that I could barely see in person!
