When I asked for replacement or return, the seller agreed to return on my money. I paid £24 for the speaker , £5 for the initial shipment, probably another £15 for the return, so £20 lost by having the bad luck to buy from this seller. We’ve sold thousands of items and always issue refunds, which is why we have 100% positive feedback. Sorry the speaker didn’t meet expectations, but why would we knowingly sell a faulty item? eBay protects your return, and once it’s back, if the fault exists it will be listed as such. Royal Mail returns cost under £3.50, so £15 seems exaggerated. A message first would have resolved this without negative feedback.
