I have lost 4 tiles to breakage it is super annoying especially since I am starting to purchase high end tiles. Those cheap bubble envelopes ought be be banned from eBay every tile I get in them is broken. Please don’t use them if you are a seller 🙏🏻

I contacted the seller after ten days when the USPS tracking information still showed a shipping label but not picked up. The seller said USPS had lost a number of their packages recently and this was one of them. As compensation, the seller immediately shipped another of the same item and added a second item exactly like the first except for color.
