It was shipped and received promptly but the packaging failed to secure loose components. Some fell out of the, another broke loose inside and was moderately damaged. While I appreciated the spare parts, I expected better for the costs of shipping. If a vendor wants repeat customers and positive reviews, they should inspect the device and secure any loose glass items to prevent coming loose and being destroyed. All in all we'll do business again.
