        iPhone 12 was advertised as new ATT unlocked phone. The iPhone l received was locked for ATT network. Contracted seller twice. They were no help! Contacted ATT & they unlocked it for me. Stay away from this seller. They don’t know an unlocked iPhone is!

        Buyer purchased an unlocked AT&T iPhone. It was listed multiple times in title & description that the device was ONLY for AT&T network. If the iPhone was “locked”, AT&T wouldn’t have let Buyer use under different carrier. There was no contact or balance left on device which means the device was correctly described as Unlocked. Great that Buyer resolved their own issue, however it was made very clear in description & title what buyer was purchasing and buyer chose to ignore & then fault seller.

        Nice product. Works well on Spectrum 5g network. I am not an expert but the condition seemed better than good. It was hard to find flaws. The only issue is the 87% battery. i'll probably have to replace in a year.

        Really worth it for the price.

        99% battery health which is great, but I think that varies from phone to phone since these are refurbished, so it may be less or more. Only had one scratch on the front that isn’t even visible once the phone is on and a few scratches on the back. Everything seems to work just fine. All in all, worth it.

        Arrives on time Give 4 star because no adapter included, item was good and expensive but recommended if charger and adapter included. Anyway thank you so much for the phone, it was a great phone and my client likes its very much for your service.

        Meets my needs.

        So far so good. As of this writing I have nothing negative to say about this phone. My phone requirements are well below the average persons as I only use it when I am away from home. Many of its' features I have no need for as it is difficult to teach an old dog new tricks. I switched from an iphone 7 to this 12 having a fairly smooth transition. The all around condition of this phone is better than I expected.
