Just FYI envelope had cardboard to help protect the photo and was marked "FRAGLE" However, it did not say or was not marked, "PICTURES DO NOT BEND" The mailman did get it in my mailbox by folding it....... !!!! Something to think about in the future. Otherwise great seller to work with and I would buy from again. Thank You....

Said the photo would be sent and that there would be outside of the package. Please do not bend photo . Everything was stated that the seller said to me. I believe if you have good communication with the seller and they are prompt and answer back. The should be an indication that they care and have excellent customer service skills.

So I went to the framing dept of my local Michael's craft store to buy a frame with glass and matting for $18, so the print would look perfect - and it did! I love the photo and will proudly hang it on my wall!
