    Great replacement for original

    This was a plug-and-play to the original stock flywheel on my 1995 Xplorer 400l. A few differences; The part itself seemed to have a coating or glaze that I believe will help control any corrosion. The original part did not seem to have this coating and it did have a fair amount of corrosion when I removed it. The magnets were completely covered, which I believe would help with keeping the windings clean in the long run and keep crud from getting stuck in and around the magnets. All in all, the part seemed very well manufactured, and the weight seems to be very consistent, keeping the part from any wobble. I base this on the smoothness of thest start now, Where the motor would "chug" when started, the start and run is very even and quick. I am very pleased with the replacement part, ...

    Perfect replacement

    I got this Polaris in my shop that a kid had smashed up the flywheel and stator in an effort to replace the starter. My customer opted to go used because of the cost difference, and this four wheeler runs like a top, once again. Parts were exactly what was offered and function 100% like new.
