The Royal Mail tracking did not show any scan after the parcel was received from the seller and a tracking number given. I contacted the seller and received a full refund immediately. Royal Mail must have lost the parcel. The seller did not have another copy so I had to look elsewhere to source another copy. Not a good experience but the seller was efficient in dealing with my complaint.

This time I ordered three books and everything went well. The books arrived in great condition, matching the description. As always they are very carefully wrapped. Unfortunately the packaging didn't survive Royal Mails handling and this was the only book I received of five I had ordered. I contacted WeBuyBooks and they have been brilliant in trying to resolve the issue of the missing books. They are replacing one that they still have in stock though unfortunately are unable to do so for the other three so are issuing a refund for these.
