This item arrived as described physically, however the unit itself did not work. I reached out to the seller who was very communicative and responsive. We reached an agreement that I believe was fair for both parties. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again if an item of interest came up as they were very accommodating. High Quality DIGITAL Speakers
These Boston Acoustic BA speakers really are the best digital computer speakers that I have every heard. However, make sure that digital speakers will work with your computer. I had a set of these BA735 speakers that lasted close to 20 years. When they failed, there was only one set of speakers that I wanted to replace them with; The BA735. However, they are no longer made, so I had to get them used. Many people are moving away from desktop PCs and even from Laptops and don't see the value of these speakers, so they sell them used. I found a New Old Stock set and bought them, BUT it was not compatible with my PCs, even though the other BA735 speakers worked great with these PCs. After closer examination, I realized that the BA735 speakers I had all these years had both digital and analog ... These Boston Acoustic BA speakers really are the best digital computer speakers that I have every heard. However, make sure that digital speakers will work with your computer. After closer examination, I realized that the BA735 speakers I had all these years had both digital and analog inputs and as it turns out, I always used the analog outputs on my PCs and ran into the analog inputs on my BA735. When I bought the replacement set, it only had digital inputs. I solved the problem by spending about $30 on a analog cable to run from the PC analog audio out that split from one to two and a analog to digital converter and a digital out cable to run from the converter to the speaker input. It works! Sounds amazing! However, if I knew that Boston Acoustics changed the BA735 design and made it only digital and that they made a purely analog set called the BA745, I would have just bought a set of BA745 speakers! I think that the analog sounds even better and that is what most PC audio outs are; analog. You wouldn't think so because after all, it's a computer, a machine that digitized our world, but the audio out is still analog most of the time.

Did not work with my computerbecause digital and returned for the BA745 which are analog. Work great..
BA 745 are a great set of speakers even by today's standards. The BA735 were not cmpatable with my computer laptop.

Terrific Speakers
I’ve owned this speaker model since my Gateway computer purchase in the 90’s. Other than a poor connection in one of the speaker wires, the speakers are high quality and dependable. The sound is tight and precise.

Great little speakers!
I've had Boston Acoustic speakers like this since 2008. They are amazing. I am a musician, and i love the sound from these little speakers. My friends who are musicians also love them. I highly recommend them.
