    Citizen-A Very stylish and practical watch choice.

    I like the retro look of this watch. The fit and finish on Citizens are very good. They also use really good materials for their bands. When I became interested, I did some research on Citizen Eco Drives as I was looking for a more practical watch choice; set and forget. I've read nothing but good reviews. Everybody is different, but I have had expensive quartz watches ruined by bad batteries. I have some very nice quartz watches, but as the collection grew so did the battery changes. Automatic watches need services that are expensive. Used and bargain Citizen watches are a solid choice.

    Beautiful Watch and Eco Friendly Too!

    I get so many positive comments on this Citizen Eco-Drive Avion Watch; more than any other watch I own (over 20). Comfortable and just the right size for the wrist and to read the time. With its patented Eco-Drive you never have to buy a battery; just set it in the light and it is all charged up. Love it.

    Nice but not ideal

    Watch looks good, band in particular is nicer than I expected (and than the pics suggest). Keeps accurate time. My big objection is that the second hand is out of phase with the second markers (off by about 1/3 of a second). Citizen is usually right on with this, and the inaccuracy is substandard for a watch in this price range. Very minor quibbles are that the second hand is hard to make out (I rather expected this) and that the crystal is a little prone to glare. The day/date dials are interesting, though sometimes obscured by the watch hands. Overall happy with the purchase, but wish the second hand was accurate.

    Just what I was looking for

    Watch looks fantastic. Keeps accurate time and is comfortable. The band seems to be a little short. I have a medium sized wrist and there are only two holes left. It does not effect me but someone with a large wrist might need a longer band. The day and date dials are a little small for my eyes without cheaters but that's my problem not the watches. Everything works as should. I have owned and worn for a little more than a month and am very happy.
