I think the package could have used a bit more padding. They were able to move around the box a little. Items were exactly as described except for the breakage. The five plates that survived the trip were just as described. Seller did issue a partial refund for the damage.

The details of the item are as seen wonderful representation. The elf was wrapped carefully and sent in a sturdy box. It arrived quickly and safely to its new home. A++ shop in my opinion and experience. Thank you very much.
