Bought this fish and when it wasn’t shipped in three days,I sent a msg. Seller advised they were on a cruise. Said a friend would be shipping and tracking would be provided next day. No tracking provided, cancellation request denied. No further communication. Item finally arrived but the lack of communication and delayed receipt of item was aggravating. I really do not understand why I deserved such a negative review when your item arrived beautifully as described. I'm sorry I went on vacation and could not contact you, I tried.

Communication is gonna be the worst I’ve ever dealt with on eBay. I wanted to purchase other items as questions. Absolutely no response. A package arrive today very late. I packaged the item with styrofoam to protect the piece more. This item was difficult to ship at 17" tall. You even tried to bribe me for another piece of Murano (the fish) worth a considerable amount of money. I'm sorry I was completely out of the country for 6 days and could not even answer a text. This customer said she would leave me a good review if I sold her the fish for $20.00 (worth at least $100.00). I deserve this negative review!
