Purchased was a vintage Staffordshire Toby mug titled the Vicar of Bray. The mug is well made with wonderful colouring & super detail on the vicar's face with his hat & is black brolly. Much better than it was described. Using this as a gift for my husband & know he will love it. USPS sent item from Austin, TX to Chicago, then back to Austin, then back to Chicago before sending to Michigan! Not Seller's fault. Shipping box had a hole in it and caused minor scuffing of item box due to USPS. Item itself was OK in its protective foam liner. But, S&H cost over 1/3 item cost.
