HOWEVER, the seller was amazingly reactive and initially offered refund and paid for shipping return. I then decided to keep it as it worked perfectly so we negotiated a partial but substantial refund so I could do repairs. He eventally offered an even higher refund amount immediately. He is very helpful in wanting to sort out the problem and immediately offered to send a replacement or issue a refund which was done very promptly.
