Rigid electric drain cleaner
My bathroom drain was backing up for three weeks, my plumber friend was very busy with his regular customers so it took him another week to get to my problem. He started snaking the drain, it took him about 30 minutes before he got it unclogged. he asked me if I tried unclogging it myself since he could not get to me right away? I told him yes I tried but it did not unclog. He said "did you use an electric snake or a hand crank snake I said a hand crank snake. His answer was no wonder it did not work those hand crank ones does not work well especially when you have a tough clog like this one. buy an electric drain cleaner like the rigid for example, and you will not have to call me or any other plumber the next time that you have a clogged drain." Ridged K-45 drain auger
When I worked in the plumbing shop at a hospital this drain machine was the machine we used constantly. We had 2 of them. One with a 1/4” cable and the other with a 5/16” inch cable. We had ours equipped with the drop head cables. The unit is a bit heavy when your crouched under a sink in awkward positions which is why you need the auto feed. I wanted one for my home use. I thought about the newer lighter cordless ones like the Milwaukee but I didn’t need to worry about having a charged battery on the spur of the moment. I probably won’t use it too often at home but when I need it I have it. Like I said the unit is a bit heavy when your in awkward positions but it was always our go to machine when we had sink stoppages. Hope this review helps. Auto feed feature is great!
It was like brand new. Wish it had the attachments as shown in the manual.

Costs less than 1 visit from the drain cleaning professionals!
I've used this tool on multiple drain clogs and clean-outs and it works very well. A little tricky to get the hang of at first and also a little heavy. However, this tool works very well on 1-/14" to 2" drains.....highly recommend!

Rigid 35473. K-45 sink drain cleaning
I guaranteed this drain drill cause gets the job done . Instead of paying a plumbing company that’s charges to much . Or renting one just buy one and if someone has a problem with sink or plumbing you can get you’re money back by charging them .
