The item was damaged during shipping, the box was crushed in from both sides. I mentioned that all that needed to be done was to file an insurance claim with the reason being the box was damaged during shipment. I'm not sure what else I could have done about this situation.

Seemed to be packaged well and shipped quickly. Item was as described, new in shrink wrap. The was a small tear and scratch on the cover. I don't know whether it happened during shipping or when I was opening the package. Either way, it is the cost of doing business via mail. Thank you, outstanding seller!

The magazine matched the listing and images exactly. The only improvements would be bagging and boarding magazines or comics in the future and enhancing seller communication. The value is worth it, as early 2000s Back Issue! magazines are hard to find.
