Packaging was minable at best with zero padding. It was covered only with a thin plastic bag but it arrived undamaged. Posting was slower than most but it finally arrived in good working order. Over all I'm satisfied with this purchase. I would probably order from this seller again.

Cool gadget
Google has created a nice device that provides music and information by voice control. The microphone is very good and will usually pick up commands from across the room. The speakers sound surprisingly good for such a small device. I wish it had tone control though. It will stream Pandora, YouTube music, Spotify and Google Play Music. You do need to have a paid subscription to play specific songs on request. I subscribed to the YouTube Music app and it is pretty good. The only downside is I have most of my personal music collection on iTunes and it will not stream. My 2nd Google Home Device
Hopefully it will continue to evolve, but happy with the device. Plus I have Google Cast speakers which this helps me control and send music of my choice to my speakers. Love standard features, such as interfacing with google search, google music, etc. Plus, great alarm clock and keeps my calendar at my convenience.

Smart speaker, much smarter than Echo
This is smart enough to know human nature language. Also it is perfect companion with Chromecast, it voice command TV on/off and volume, as well as what to stream from YouTube on TV, also you can choose specific songs from Spotify using free account, it makes chromecast more useful, and chromecast makes it more useful.

With Google Home, there are no surprises
I researched differences between the Google Home & other brands. I chose the Google Home because it had more a personality. She tells jokes, remembers things you've said, when asking multiple questions & in my opinion, was a lot prettier. With just a little research, you'll easily find the one PERFECT for you !!! For playing music, another brands cheaper device has a tiny speaker, their medium priced device is not voice activated & their comparable device costs much more. Google is a tech company, not a retail company, so they can't inadvertently charge me for ANYTHING. That's the biggest plus for me.I researched differences between the Google Home & other brands. Worth the money!
I didn't have high expectations when I purchased this product as I was aware that many features are still being added. However, I was greatly surprised when I found out how good the speakers are and also how much Google Assistant can actually help me. Would definitely recommend!
