The seller refused to offer me a solution or accept the poor condition of the clothes. I had to file a claim, but the seller didn't respond, and eBay resolved the matter in my favor by refunding me the full amount! As if that weren't enough, after eBay's decision, the seller wrote to me asking me to send them all the clothes because, according to them, they were new! How crazy!
