There was no attempt to rectify even though they were aware of the issue. I still have not been refunded for that item. I gave you two opportunities to get it right. You messed up. You still haven't refunded me for the first map, and that is why you are in the position you are in. The seller carelessly ships items in flimsy packaging, or doesn't provide tracking. Items either show up damaged, or not at all. The seller refuses to refund without eBay intervention. Expect this going forward from them.
