It was packed with an extreme care- though the outer box had damage from the shipping company, her Majesty was quite intact and lovely. I appreciated the use of clean materials surrounding her, and it was more beautiful that described. Great transaction all around- she’s the very classy centerpiece of our British bone china tea shop and will never be sold despite many offers. ♥️
