This limited-edition Micro has a black control pad with a similar feel to the classic Nintendo Entertainment System Gamepad. You’ll quickly become familiar with and get the hang of the game controls, which are characterized by the traditional A, B, Select, Start arrangement. The 20th Anniversary Edition of the Micro marks two decades since the original release of the Mario series in Japan. It features an attractive red and gold design. The Nintendo Game Boy Micro plays Game Boy Advance Game Packs and GBA Video Game Packs. It also plays third-party GameShark and Action Replay DUO devices. The Nintendo GB Micro is compatible with the Nintendo GameCube link cable, allowing you and your friends to experience multiplayer games that require a GBA.       Beautiful limited edition system!

      These are quite uncommon. GameBoy Micro, last in the GameBoy line never sold well, so they are rather uncommon. But the system plays well (GBA games only), sounds decent for a tiny speaker, and has a sharp, backlit display. The Famicom Edition was only sold in Japan for Mario's 20th anniversary, and has a beautiful design resembling the classic Famicom controller. If you are a hardcore Nintendo collecter, these are great to have.

      Lightweight, Great for Quick Gaming Sessions, with a few Concessions

      The Game Boy Micro is a great little system. It's great to have on hand with some quick, sporadic gaming sessions, and can fit in almost any small space. The only drawbacks are the size (it might cramp your hands) and lack of backwards-compatibility (plays only Game Boy Advance games).

      Great product, quick delivery!

      So glad I bought this for my husband as a blast-from-the-past present! Not only is the console beautiful and in great quality, but the game cartridge and charger are as well. Also, the product arrived two weeks earlier than expected! It was a great surprise!

      Rare and fun

      Great version of the gba, if you are like me and love to collect video game oddities then look no further this thing is itty bitty, backlit and has amazing battery life.... Super highly recommended.

      Amazing retro console

      The game boy micro 20th anniversary edition is not that rare, but finding one in this great condition is amazing. It wasn't cheap but i really wanted one, so for me is worth it.
